Kimberly Grantham: Hello, my name is Dr. Kimberly Grantham, and I am a principal lecturer in the department of marketing at the Terry College of Business at UGA and if there is any leadership advice that I would like to offer in the area of multicultural marketing, it is for companies to indeed acknowledge the changing diversity that we have in our marketplace, and then to embrace that diversity, to value that diversity by a strong communication and the desire to connect with each and every diverse customer in one's target market.
