Gerald Kane: I think the most important leadership advice in 2025 is to take time to learn about and experiment with artificial intelligence. You know, these sorts of things can be intimidating if you have not been in tech for a while, but these tools are very accessible and they will impact all aspects of business, and industry, and unless you get out there and begin to use it and begin to understand what it's good for and what it's not good for, there's the risk that not only will your business be disrupted, but also your career will be disrupted because I do think it is going to be impactful for most careers at multiple levels, from the CEO all the way down to frontline workers. And these are very flexible tools, and only if you start to experiment and figure out what it means for you, are you going to have time and be able to leverage these advances for your benefit instead of letting others use them to disrupt you.
