Tell us about a woman who inspired you to get into engineering.
Marco Ayala: Dear ISA, The woman in engineering that made a significant difference in my career is Sarah Carriger. Sarah provided me mentorship and guidance in the field of instrumentation, automation and in process safety. I owe a lot to Sarah. She she enabled me, she empowered me and she wouldn't let me give up. And I'm just very grateful and a lot of gratitude and thank thank you Sarah Carriger for for what you did for me. Thanks.
