Larry Lauck: When someone walks into a showroom and is interested in making a purchase, what has brought them there? How did they find you? What are they in the process of doing? Are they just remodeling or building a house? So, we need to understand that customer. We try to - before they walk in there - we try to add some information where, how to light up your kitchen, how to light up your bath, how to light up your living room and provide the manufacturers new products on our website so we can sell the sizzle, so to speak. And then when they go into the showroom, they're excited about renovating their home or buying some lighting, transitioning to a smart home. And so that sales person on the floor needs to take it to another level and really understand that customer.
