Larry Lauck: I think sometimes people join and they might not really know where to start. Usually involvement is - people like to get involved in things they feel comfortable working with. For example, everyone, if your background is in finance, you might want to be on the budgeting side, if your background's in marketing, or education. And so that part, they may not know that or think about that. But as we reach out to the members we need to tell them, you know, there are committees that they can become involved in and provide us the feedback that we need to develop the programs to build a stronger organization.
