"The space between stimulus and response is the power of choice, and in each moment you actually get to choose how you respond." So there is an inherent reaction to when things happen. And then there is a deliberate and intentional response. And in every moment, Every moment of every day you actually have an opportunity to choose how you are going to respond to something as opposed to the default reaction.
