Jan: Good morning. I'm Jan. We first of all get lots of got lots of letters in the mail wanting to buy our property. We have ignored all of them because we wanted to keep the mortgage that we had. We had a mortgage we were holding for another person and we wanted to keep that. But as time has gone on, we're ready to get rid of it. And we just happened to call Adam. Adam called us and then we decided that we we go ahead and go with him. It was a long experience,
Jan: We really appreciated Adam. He kept on top of stuff that we would have had to do if we were if we might have been working with someone else. So we were very, very happy. He was anxious to get it done. He's got a system in which he does it works. And we were thrilled
Jan: As I said before, Adam is very professional. He knows what he's doing, he know he knows what's required by the law and if he needs to, they can hire a traveling notary, which they did with us. He came out, we signed the paperwork, he went back, submitted the paperwork and everything was done within a week. That part of it was done within a week. Our experience was, he wasn't naggy, he was just informative and ever so often he would call and say, hey, this is what's going on. This is how far we are. We appreciated working with Adam.
