Could you describe a time that 5 Minute Career Hack helped you?

Tiffani Johnson: Hi, my name is Tiffany Johnson. I came to 5 minute career hack a, a couple of months ago um in a space where I was taking on some new initiatives at work. Um I was formerly in education for 20 years before switching careers and in a new, more corporate space and so just navigating the projects and kind of project management strategy, business strategy on some new initiatives is what I was looking for from 5 minute career. H um However, I got so much more um on the first session with um, Candyce and Jamila, they were able to ask questions and what actually came out of the first session is my ability to articulate my work at work. Can I articulate my experience and my expertise and what I bring to the table in a manner that my ceo understands and is and understands need to pay me what I'm worth. And that conversation for me was very uncomfortable, very heavy um in the education world you just navigate differently. Um So coming into the corporate space, having the language and having the coaching around how to approach that situation was in value. But I, I can't put a price on that. It has given me a, a much better perspective on how to approach things at work. Um And, and they gave me the business strategy and they helped me kind of organize and structure um the initiatives that I had. So the I got way more than what I went into it for. And, and that's, to me is a testament to their expertise. Um Just knowing how to ask those questions and making it a comfortable space to admit. Um, some of the, the areas that were vulnerable for me, a weakness for me. Um, and then helping me turn them into a strength of how to talk about them, how to package the, my, my language and, and my questions and to in a way that speaks to the CEO and he understands and has to kind of respond to the conversation. So I will forever be grateful to 5 minute career act. Y'all are gonna have to kick me out to get rid of me. Um It is, I'm always gonna keep them, um, with me as I climb, as I keep working. Um Just so I have that expertise and I was just so comfortable with Jamila and Candyce in that interaction. I, uh like I said, II, I will always be grateful and will keep them on my left and right shoulder, Jamila is that straightforward, direct um, conversation that I need. And then Candyce also has that very introspective, very deep questioning that allows you to kind of sit in and really think about some things and bring some things out. So I love the dynamic, um, between the two of them, you can tell they love what they do and the way that they do it. Um, so I'm, I'm, like I said, I said it three times probably. Now I am forever grateful. And, uh, Candyce and Jamila left and right shoulder.

How would you describe 5 Minute Career Hack in three words?

Tiffani Johnson: Three words I would use to describe 5 minute career hack would be insightful, supportive, and transformative.

Why is 5 Minute Career Hack different from other similar products or services?

Tiffani Johnson: 5 minute career hack is different from other services, um from their engagement and their insightfulness. Uh I really connected with the coaches at 5 minute career hack and I felt like they were really trying to not just understand my situation but understand me. Um, and how really to get me to my goals, not just generic questioning, not generic advice. It was really what I needed. Um Really for me and specific for my situation, I have had other coaches who, um, you could tell their statements were very generic or would try to use some type of system that wasn't right or wasn't uh appropriate for what I was trying to accomplish in the moment. So they're different because of their ability to really tap into where you are. And for me, they uncovered some things I didn't know I was struggling with. So I, I haven't had that experience, um, any other place that has given me, um, made me feel so seen and, and sought after and like really wanting to uh help.
