Letha Knaus: Hi, my name is Letha Knaus I am the executive director of the Groves Chamber of Commerce. Um, I just want to say, We are so excited about not only having 409 Group as a member here at the chamber, but they came out and did some work for us here, um, just a few days ago, and it was just a pleasure to do business with them. Um, they had someone out here, um, within 24 hours to take care of our needs, and I'll explain a little bit about what that was because it's quite unique. We have a building, our chamber offices are held inside. A building that is um somewhere around 140 years old. Um, it's actually was a house, and it was moved here in um I think 1981 and um became our chamber offices. The drains in the kitchen. have smelt for a while. And it's so bad when we walk in after the weekend of it being closed up. It is almost intolerable to be inside here. And we have been searching and searching of how to, to get something done about that. We've tried many home remedies and, and things to, and um deodorants and all kinds of things to To fix that or remedy that, and we happened to notice a special with 409 Group for an $89 drain clean. We had them come out and do that drain clean. They were very courteous, they were very thorough. Um, they were just a pleasure to do business with, um, got the job done. It was so nice to walk in here on Monday morning and not have those terrible odors meet us in the face again. And, um, But I, we can't get over the promptness of them, the, the good service that we had, and the quality of their work. Um, we would recommend 409 to anyone, and we will be recommending them from now into the future. Thank you so much for doing such a great job. We appreciate y'all.
