How to Delete Videos and Responses

There are three ways to delete videos and responses from your Vocal Video account.

• Delete responses you don't plan on publishing
• Delete published videos you aren't using.
• Delete responses you don't plan on publishing

You can delete entire responses, but we've built in a few steps to make sure you don't accidentally delete your video.

First, access the response you want to delete from your dashboard, or find it in the Responses tab of your Collector.

Scroll down to Videos Using This Response. This includes videos you've made containing those clips and the automatic draft Vocal Video creates for all your responses. Then, click the three dots over each video and select Delete. 

Now that the video draft is gone, you can delete the raw response.

If you try this step without deleting all drafts first, it won't be possible to delete the response.

Delete published videos you aren't using

You can also delete any unwanted published videos or draft videos. Note: you must delete any of the videos that contain unwanted responses, before deleting responses. See instructions above.

Click on the published video or video draft. Then click on the ellipsis in the top right corner to delete the video.

Remove video greetings from old collectors

Navigate to the Welcome Page in the Collector Editor, and click the trash can icon to delete the welcome video.
