What made you choose this yoga training instead of other programs?
Hazel Lucey: I chose this teacher training because I wanted to learn about the anatomy of the brain and the body and how we store and process and release trauma because I want to be able to be of service to the widest variety of people and every class that I've taken with Sarah Joy just in her presence. she is able to address skillfully and with sincerity, the many points of suffering in our world. And I think she really embodies the mission of yoga and I want to be able to do the same. And so I chose her as my teacher because I'm inspired by all that she gives.
