How was your experience in the 200hr amrita Yoga Teacher Training?
Hazel Lucey: In the first yoga teacher training module, I was tuning in from a library study room at my college, and our first conversation in the group was how are you coming to this practice and why do you practice? And that small room totally transformed. Um for me, because I was able to bond with all these people who were across the country. Um and I felt really excited and like I knew that as our time together continued as we did more um yoga practices, we did more pranayama as we did more practice teaching, that we would just continue to create. Yes, really special group.
