Could you describe what challenge Yellowstone help you solve?

Rick Watson: When I first was introduced to Yellowstone by a fellow franchise owner, it was because I was having trouble finding qualified candidates to work for my business. Yellowstone did such a great job, helping me find that, that we've expanded the relationship now, and they helped me find great customers as well.

How would you describe Yellowstone Local in three words?

Rick Watson: I would say urgent proficient and customer centric.

Why is Yellowstone different from other similar products or services?

Rick Watson: I would say Yellowstone is different because they really have taken the time to understand my individual needs as a customer and what works best for my business and sell a solution that works specifically for me. Rather than trying to just force everything into some cookie cutter solution. I really appreciated the amount of time that they've taken to answer all of my questions and to really understand things before implementing solutions and then once we have that plan, the urgency with which they implement.
