Please share some of the reasons you enjoyed working with Brenna Mercado when it came to your Real Estate needs.
My name is Victoria Halterman and I worked with Brenna Mercado to find a house for me and my family and we love her so much that she also sold a house for my father in law. So I worked with her in multiple ways and I will continue working with her in the future because I just love her, she makes things so easy for me in particular because I'm not gonna lie to you, I'm busy, I've got a lot going on, I'm a wife, I'm a mother, I've got a job, committed to a whole lot of things, and I really don't have a whole lot of time, you know, for extra stuff that is time consuming and Brenna took it all, like I did not have to worry about anything like she was on it and I appreciate that she really showed a lot of initiative, and never made me feel like the best interests of me and my family were not her number one priority because she definitely made me feel like they were, it really gave me some peace knowing that she had us. That that was one thing I did not have to worry about, I did not have to worry about finding the house or you know, see if it was in our budget or where it was because we were new to the Houston area, so I really wasn't familiar with where things were in relation to my life and where it was starting up and so she really, she really did make it a lot easier for us, answered any questions that I had listened to, any concerns that I had. You know, I loved working with her. I cannot say that enough, and I would recommend her to anybody. Oh.
Why did you choose to work with Brenna over other Real Estate Agents?
When I first moved to the Houston area, I was very overwhelmed because I was from a small town in Louisiana. So I was not from Texas, I definitely wasn't from Houston, and I had no idea about the area, and location is everything. And so I would ask around to people that I met at work, at church, and things like that, and everybody seemed to recommend Brenna and so the typical response I would get is, you need to call Brenna, call Brenna, trust me call Brenna, and so I was like okay, I'm gonna call Brenna, and so I did and that was the best decision I could have possibly made because immediately I trusted her, she made me feel like she had my family's best interest at heart which is my number one priority and I wanted that to be hers and she never let me feel like we weren't and yeah, I felt comfortable with her, I could tell her anything about, you know what I was concerned about and what I really wanted and what I'd like to have but it wasn't like a necessity, like she really heard me, and the houses that she showed us fit perfectly with what we needed, and she never gave up looking for us and it really didn't take that long, as long as I thought it would to find that perfect house, but she was super committed to helping us in every way that she knew how to, and I mean her passion for finding us a home was so evident and that's really what she cared about and showed us that in so many ways. So I would really really recommend her to anyone, and any time that we need a Realtor in the future. I'm calling Brenna. I'm not going to have to ask around to see who would recommend a Realtor. I already know. And so I'm telling anyone who will listen. I will shout it from the rooftops of the tallest tower in Houston, call Brenna.
What was the biggest problem Brenna helped you overcome?
The biggest problem that Brenna helped me overcome is figuring out where I was and where I wanted to be because I'm not from the Houston area, I'm not even from Texas, so I felt like a fish out of water and Brenna made me feel so much better about what I was doing, and where we were going, and where we were going to live, where I was going to raise my children, you know, I have two small children, location is everything to me, school districts is everything to me and I wanted to feel confident in where we were going to live, so I knew I couldn't do that on my own, and Brenna came through for me with flying colors, I mean I could not recommend her enough to anybody, I loved working with her because she, if anybody could put my mind at ease, Brenna could because I trust her and you know, she always made me feel like my family was her number one priority and like took every concern, every wish, every want that I needed and had so seriously. And when we found our perfect home, it was just like I said absolutely perfect and we loved the school district that we had our kids in and that's huge for me because I want my kids to have the best education possible and I really felt like that came through with what I kept telling her and she heard it and my goodness, I just, I loved working with her and I really felt like you know she really was worth my trust.
