Please introduce yourself and tell us where you're working from.
Maddie Michowski: Hi. My name is Maddie Makowski and I'm working from Philadelphia.
What is your role at Swift Shift and how long have you been on the team?
Maddie Michowski: I am the Marketing Coordinator at Swift Shift, and I've been on the team since August of 2019, so almost two years.
What gets you excited about being a part of this team? What part of the mission do you align with most?
Maddie Michowski: I love being a part of this team. I've seen this team overcome so much, especially through Covid and the setbacks that came with that, but also the way we've moved forward and accepted these challenges and powered through –– its honestly inspiring I'm inspired by my team members and leadership. And I guess the part of the mission that I align with most and I've found to be the most rewarding is watching these nurses connect with these families, build these long term relationships and really enjoy the work they're doing and to be a part of that is really cool.
