Home Health Connect Implementation
Now that you understand more about our Home Health Connect service, how it works, and what it's used for, it's time to discuss the next step, implementation. You'll want to start communicating with your staff right away to help them understand the "why" behind the reason your agency is deploying the service. You'll also want to be sure that they understand the many ways in which it will benefit your patients as well as your agency. Be working with your regional leadership for messaging guidance and be a champion for change at your agency. You'll want to begin using the implementation checklist for a smooth home health deployment process. Soon you'll receive a timeline for this implementation process, which usually takes about four weeks.
