Please introduce yourself and describe your home renovation project
Matt Sanderson: Hi, My name's Matt Sanderson We used ShapeHouse to extend the back of our house and to install an office, as well as to build a patio is quite an extensive bit of work that we did at the start of the year.
Overall, how was your experience of working with ShapeHouse?
Matt Sanderson: the team at ShapeHouse were very polite and thorough and responding to all our concerns and all our questions as well as obviously you know, occasions with all projects are wished to adapt and to change things. They were quick to come back to us with the costings as well as to be accommodating in doing the work.
How do you feel about the quality of the workmanship?
Matt Sanderson: It's been nearly half a year now since the project was finished, and both my wife and I are very happy with the work we've had, Uh, no real concerns. Any issues that we did have postal snagging was dealt with incredibly quickly and professionally. The quality has been spectacular, and all our friends and family have said so.
How did the payment terms work for you?
Matt Sanderson: The payment terms obviously very important to us. And before we started the project, we did agree what the terms would be We kept those terms, and on the odd occasion where we had deadlines slipped due to paydays or whatever, ShapeHouse were very accommodating in on us to delay them for a couple of days till we had money to pay them.
