What is something about the Carolyn Young Team that made your experience unique?
Karma Dorjee : my name is Karma Dodgy and I came in association with the Carolyn young and her team with my property. in Falls Church Virginia. So before I met Carolyn I had another agent. So he kind of took some time and there were some people who really came and view the property but he couldn't really secure a contract. And then I came in contact with Carolyn Young through a friend of mine and as for her recommendation. So currently enlisted and I'm telling the the fact that he listed and she showed maybe She had about four or 5 showings on that very day. And she secured a contract that very evening with no uh major contingency and it was it cash uh kind of payment. And so it was closed within the time that we wanted to be closed. So Carolyn young. She really did a wonderful job so far. My property is concerned and my experience has been wonderful. So if there's anyone who really want to list and sell the property and particularly those who are find it difficult with the company while the agents to sell. So I think I really to come into Carolyn young and help them and then very prompt in giving updates from time to time and then the property was closed on on time as I wished and even that even after that also.
