Debbie Nasser: Carolyn as a leader is a superstar in one word.
Debbie Nasser: for somebody like that. None of us want to ever disappoint her and I think that's pretty cool to have a leader that you want to go above and beyond for and she does the
Lisa Bergman : Carolyn really sets the bar high as a team leader.
Lisa Bergman : with belief that we can do it. We can follow her lead with so much positive feedback and constructive criticism alongside accountability.
Heather Stauffer: She always makes me feel like I can do it and she has this philosophy and it is, you know, if I can do it, you can do it.
Melissa Donnelly: She genuinely cares. She knows your numbers, she knows your goals, she knows your pendings and what you should have pending. She always supports you, works you through anything and makes us laugh every day. She has so much fun with us,
Melissa Donnelly: and we all get along, but we work very hard to make that happen. And I would say we're not a team we are a family.
Mona Morison Botwick: We can pattern after her, her dialogue and her objection handling. Um, and her um, she um she
Mona Morison Botwick: We all feel very connected. I think it's really helped that everybody feels we are all in it together and we're better as a team.
TracyLynn Pater: I think Carolyn is a strong and confident leader. She leads with purpose. She has over 30 years of experience and has the ability to guide through any scenario and provides so much coaching that it's priceless. She builds you up and your confidence naturally increases.
TracyLynn Pater: We have an incredible drive to see each other succeed and that is a great way to live and work every day.
Maribel Duarte : Carolyn is such an amazing leader, she's a role model, she inspires me every single day. She's passionate, she's dedicated, she's determined, she is a problem solver. She motivates us. She works extremely hard. She shows us that anything is possible. She not only pushes us to do our best, but to be the best.
Maribel Duarte : Our culture on our team is honestly one of a kind. Everyone is very supportive. We all help each other out and we all have fun. I'm very blessed to be a part of such an amazing team with rockstar agents that I can call Familia.
