Lisa Bergman : Caroline really sets the bar high as a team leader. She provides so much energy and drive and passion, and what I love most about her is that she infuses us all with belief that we can do it. We can follow her lead with so much positive feedback and constructive criticism alongside accountability, she's just, it's just a privilege to be on her team.
What is the team culture like on The Carolyn Young Team?
Lisa Bergman : I'm happy to say this is a team like no other. We just get along. We treat each other with respect and dignity. We help each other. We are motivated to see each other succeed and it's just a wonderful atmosphere to be part of.
