Lindsey Cook: My name is Lindsay I work as an agent on the Carolyn Young team.
How do you view Carolyn as a team leader?
Lindsey Cook: Carolyn is a fearless, dedicated and motivating team leader. She goes above and beyond every day, not only for our clients, but for each and every one of us as agents. She holds me accountable to my goals and also encourages me to raise the bar in my goals heading so that I can grow to the next level consistently. I wouldn't be where I am today without Carolyn, and I'm so grateful to have her in my corner every single day.
What is the team culture like on The Carolyn Young Team?
Lindsey Cook: Our team is unlike any other. We have a ton of fun together while also staying focused and working hard. I can always count on my team members to show up when it counts. We're truly there for each other to celebrate each other's successes and navigate the lows. We're incredibly honest with each other and come from a genuine place of care were simultaneously a team and a family, and I couldn't be happier to be a part of it.
