I think that when I was searching for a job, I was really looking for a place that would allow me to continue learning. And since I started, I've learned something new every day. I'm really fortunate that I get to work at a place that says, oh, you want to go learn a new skill here, take a class or read this book, go to this workshop. I love that they really support my growth.
