What is it like working at Recovery Centers of America and what is your day like?

Ashley Natale: I've worked for RCA for about three years now and I have to say it's been such a great experience. I've grown so much professionally as well as personally and I can't wait to see my future with the company.

How has working at RCA changed your life?

Ashley Natale: Being a nurse, I've worked in many different specialties. When I started at RCA I instantly felt the need to save a million lives. That's what we talked about all the time saved a million lives, help every single patient recover, and I've truly have been just amazed and so honored to be a part of someone's recovery and that's probably the best part of being at RCA We're all there for one thing and it's really for our patients and to help them recover.

Why is working for a mission-driven organization like RCA important to you?

Ashley Natale: Working for a mission-driven organization has been great. I feel like we all are on, all have the same goal and the goal is to save a million lives.

What kind of person makes an ideal RCA employee and what character traits should this person exemplify?

Ashley Natale: The ideal RCA employee is someone who is understanding, open-minded, they have to be very passionate about their stay at RCA. Their detox, their residential care as well as their long-term recovery. We want all of our patients to be successful.

What advice would you give someone who is considering working for RCA?

Ashley Natale: For anyone, whoever considers RCA R for employment I always tell them that it's truly a family setting. You definitely feel like home every time you walk through those doors, and everyone is so passionate about their job and their patient care, so that's something to really look forward to walking in the doors every single day of work.
