What was the challenge your company faced that led you to use Real Links Employee Referral platform?

Lee Harding, Join Talent: We were looking to hire recruiters at scale globally as well during a time when hire recruiters was statistically more difficult than than hiring software engineers. And that was, you know, one of the reasons that we we looked at Real Links and trying to use the networks of our 200 strong team of recruiters to to drive more referrals and share our employer brand with that target audience.

Describe your experience using the Real Links campaign approach to employee referrals - and was the platform easy to use?

Lee Harding, Join Talent: The Real Links platform is really, really easy to use. The referral jump kick off format at the start of each campaign works really well in driving engagement and explaining to everybody how the platform works. But then also the Gamification and the leaderboard elements as well, help ensure that referrals and content sharing are continuing throughout the entire campaign, and not just tailing off after that initial kick off session.

Give an overview of the results you've seen so far - and could you tell anyone watching why they should consider Real Links referrals.

Lee Harding, Join Talent: The results we've seen so far have been phenomenal. Not only did we see a huge uplift in the number of highest major in the periods we ran campaigns, you know, we saw a 40% increase, but also the knock on effect after the campaigns had finished as well. You know, we were seeing a massive increase in terms of the number of quality inbound applications we were getting, but we also started to notice that our outbound email response rates were starting to increase as well. And you know, I put that down to all of the content, the promotion of our employer brand that spread across social media during the campaigns promoting Join Talent as a, as a great place to work. You know, I really highly recommend Real Links to any company that's looking to, to drive referrals, and increase brand awareness as well via via social media and use the rest of the organization to help them do that.
