Please introduce yourself?
Bethanie Mace: Hi, my name is Bethanie Mace and I am a Trainee Receptionist at Precision Taxation, Accounting and Management. I am the first point of contact for clients when they come into office and ring up over the phone. I also create clients work papers for their appointments and also download the ATO portal reports as some of what I do. I've been at Precision Taxation now for just a little over a year.
Could you share a few details about the favourite part of your role and the team at Precision?
Bethanie Mace: My favorite part of my role is admin work that I do in relation to our clients. And my favorite thing about the team is how well we get along and how we can rely on each other as more than just colleagues.
What stands out to you about the culture at Precision?
Bethanie Mace: The things that stand out to me about Precision Culture are how we are committed to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, how Wellness and Mental Health is valued and a priority, and how well everyone respects one another that is key to any business culture.
