How did you first hear of Power Bespoke Lettings & Management?
Philip Macve: My wife met Perry Power at a breakfast meeting and was very impressed with him, came home and told me all about him, so we agreed to meet up with him and chat through our property portfolio.
What do you most like about the service you receive?
Philip Macve: It's personal, efficient, quick and you can trust them implicitly Sally knows the business inside out. You can rely on her decision making and you know, she's looking out for you all the time. She takes responsibility no matter what the situation.
What advice would you give to a new landlord, or a landlord who is looking for a new agent?
Philip Macve: Simply don't go anywhere else. I've said this to lots of people over the last year or so. We've been letting for over 30 years and really had nothing but grief with all the agents we've ever used until we started using Sally at Power Bespoke. So my simple advice is just don't go anywhere else.
