How did you first hear of Power Bespoke Lettings & Management?
Jo-Anne Illman: I bought my property from Power Bespoke a number of years ago and the service was so good that when I came to letting a property I went back to them. I was really pleased when I found out that Sally was taking over the letting side because I had lots of recommendations from her in the local area. Not only does Sally look at every single detail and find you the most perfect tenant, but when my last tenants moved out my house was absolutely immaculate. Jo-Anne Illman: Sally's attention to detail is the thing that makes her stand out. Not only does she find you the most perfect tenant, she makes it super easy and she looks after every little bit, every step of the way.
What advice would you give to a new landlord, or a landlord who is looking for a new agent?
Jo-Anne Illman: A letting agent that knows the area inside out and is recommended by lots of other people is the most important thing for me. Sally knows this area, everybody goes to her, and she's recommended by a number of other people that I know who use the same service.
