How did you first hear of Power Bespoke Lettings & Management?
Becky Axup: I honestly can't remember how I first heard of Power Bespoke, probably just through a google search, but Perry has now sold three houses or properties of mine over the last few years and helped me buy my current house, for which I'm very grateful.
What do you most like about the service you receive?
Becky Axup: The most impressive thing about the service with Power Bespoke has got to be the fact that they go the extra mile and they support you. So, I was in a bad place when I had to sell my house, having just lost my husband very suddenly and unexpectedly and couldn't really take it in all the copious amounts of paperwork and decisions that had to be made. And the entire staff, uh, you know, different times supported me through the process. To the point where I didn't couldn't make head nor tails of the forms and Perry would say just bring them all here. I'll put the kettle on and I'll help you with them. It's the personal touch, the support and that they really get to know you.
What advice would you give to a new landlord, or a landlord who is looking for a new agent?
Becky Axup: If you want hassle, free management of your property, uh, if you want someone with a positive attitude, who goes the extra mile Sally is second to none.
