Monica Peralta: Hi everyone. I'm Monica Peralta and I will present this initiative on behalf Helen Value Central american and the caribbean team title of this initiative is Sherlock Long digital platform. It's all about the details. Sherlock Long will be a digital platform to help primary care physician in the signs and symptoms alert looking for the correctly differential diagnosis for lung cancer.

Monica Peralta: Because lung cancer is a world. While healthcare problem, according to global Camp, lung cancer is one of the most common cancer in the world. Despite popular belief, not all lung cancer are related to smoking. This makes differential diagnosis a pillar in the primary healthcare level.

Monica Peralta: This initiative is relevant for three reasons. First, in the Mosque of six countries, there is not a centralized of oncology area in the health care system, so patient needs time to skill in the health system. Second, there is a lack of standardized algorithm for proper detection and diagnostic, and third lack of healthcare electronic record to review current signs and symptoms in an easy and quick way, so physician lack the necessary skill to develop a differential diagnosis.

Monica Peralta: Because Sherlock Long could provide early, quick and proper healthcare access for long cancer patients, helping physician to make an early diagnostic.

Monica Peralta: I'm very proud because we achieved the first ever value based agreement in one of the main public player, in say, see closer this agreement, you know, ecology and I and I allowed us to maintain the eyebrows value and protect Enbrel from biosimilar. We became a strategic partner for our player, but also a champion for our patients.

Mariliana Aguilar: Our idea is the creation of the central american unit for the registry of rare diseases.

Mariliana Aguilar: Yeah, because this is not a one shot initiative.

Mariliana Aguilar: Yeah. And it is relevant because throughout the cluster there is a large super registry of orphan diseases. So the objective of our initiative is to reactivate the real group, which is a network of experts in rare diseases to work collaboratively with the different patients associations and with a leading strategic ally in technology to create the central american unit for the registry of rare diseases. This will allow the creation of a stronger regional entity and also to allow them to capture uh the data in a standardized and systematized way. The creation of the registry system, hand in hand with the support of the rear group will promote awareness in the current situation in CC, not only in epidemiological terms, but also about the reality and challenges that the patients with rare diseases face, and also to create a culture about the value of the data analysis and the possible impact of this in public policy.

Mariliana Aguilar: Yeah, and it deserves a spot in the final because we are completely sure that this idea will generate a better environment for patients with rare diseases across the cluster.

Mariliana Aguilar: And I am proud to have achieved the inclusion of Sergeant six are in one of my country's in charge. This was a result of a great team work to continue benefiting more patients with our therapy and at the same time guaranteeing the defense of the tender.

Samia Moussa : Health Insurance.

This project brought from us a lot of learnings and provided us the opportunity to scale some of them and also create new project using these learnings.

Egypt is planning to launch window max by early 2022 and as many other countries within the emerging market in Egypt, there is a gaps in the awareness diagnosis as well as access to the treatment. And this should be done by investing in creating a centre of excellence within the country and this is what we strive to do at the health and value. Working closely with the cross function team. Our main idea that those elderly patients are left behind threatened if not diagnosed and treated timely. That's why we thought as a kid Of how to make at least the key primary diagnostic options accessible for all 55 years old and our public battery at the time, they need to renew their ideas in the country because this medical report is needed in all cases. This is a nationwide kind of initiative where we need to sign an mou with the Ministry of Health, Universal Health Insurance as well as the Ministry of Interior to make sure that this testing is mandated. Once the results are positive, patient will be referred to the Center of Excellence for further confirmatory diagnosis and in the Center of Excellence Pfizer will be supporting the subsidization of the confirmatory testing as well as access to treatment through two platforms. One, the patient access program, Pre reimbursement and the M. E. V. P agreement in collaboration with the UK. Thank you so much

Mahmoud Radwan : So we are truly confident that the dragon would be much interested in investing in our idea because it would build a long term sustainable partnerships with the government and shaping the orphan designation policies within the country, and meanwhile, it strongly delivering our bold moves on too many fronts when it comes to the delivering the first in class science and when it comes to the shaping the external environment and leading the conversation while positioning for, is that the patient centric company, as well as addressing the patient affordability and transform the way we engage patient and HCPS.

Mahmoud Radwan : That's also another good point. It's definitely relevant to the current healthcare needs in Egypt. This country is growing. It's universal health insurance and this is going to create some efficiencies between what the government can offer, uh, and what patient needs in terms of innovation. And that's why they are open and looking forward for this collaboration with Pfizer to make sure that they are also accelerating access to innovation. Uh, They are also investing in having uh, orphan designation protocols and shaping policies just to make sure that they are also paving the way in front of the innovation while they are taking over a bigger role and a better, uh, responsibility in the country.

Mahmoud Radwan : Yeah. Actually, we are confident about the value that such kind of nationwide innovative agreement can bring to Pfizer to the community and to the patient. This is the little ones we are looking at. We are building on our heritage within the rare disease to lead the external conversation and paved the way for the upcoming pipelines within the the survey, another treatment option.

Mahmoud Radwan : again, another interesting question and to defend the max story we really need to acknowledge and take the pride that this team has secured the registration of when the next three months ahead of the plans. Very strong prelaunch activities, clear outcomes from our advisory ports and clear launch plans are ahead and this is uh including but not limited to the Center of Excellence creation that we have referred to. Initially. This team in Egypt is leading great initiatives at different funds and beyond the window max. We are having in place the most innovative patient access programs including micro financing, which is happening for the first time in the country and maybe in half naked. This team is also leading a strong access discussions with different healthcare bodies in Egypt and manage it to uh secure protocols for breast cancer for RCC for just and long is on the way. So I think this team is going to the right track, leading different price optimization projects and we are really proud that this team is bringing access to innovation access to Pfizer products as soon as possible.
