Winifred B: The most three important things about PersonalRX is that when your prescriptions are ready to be refilled, they will let you know. And if they cannot contact the doctor they will tell you and then you will contact your doctor and you will keep in touch with PersonalRX. Once it is time for your medication to be delivered, they will send you a text message or a phone call. And if you have any questions, you can reach out to them at any given time.
