Tell us about your recruiter. Example: did they ask questions to understand what type of job was a good fit?
Marion Aiken : Hello. My name is Marian I've been working with Pace now for the last several months and man it's been a great, great experience. I really love, I really love talking to the recruiter Miss julie. I mean she's a great, great individual man. She really, really follows up on on on my job whether I like it or not. And I just enjoyed, I just enjoyed talking to her and she's she took the time to make sure that the job that I have now that it fit me perfectly to the T and I wouldn't trade it for nothing in the world. And I just hope that if you tried to use Pace as your recruiting company man, I just hope you really enjoy like I have and it's been a great, great experience and I won't trade it for nothing in the world. I'm looking forward to continue to work with them throughout this season. And man, it's just been a great, great, great, great experience and I appreciate you all at Pace. Thank you very much.
Could you share a few details about the favorite part of the process of working with your Pace recruiter?
Marion Aiken : Yes. My favorite, my favorite part of working with Pace have been the process of making sure that my pay has been correct. Um Man, every time I go to the, to the web page, my paycheck is theirs up is uploaded. Um Like a day or two in advance, man. I mean, that's just such an awesome, awesome tool to have that you can just check your pay any kind of any time throughout the week to make sure that everything is correct. Um And when I communicate with julie, she calls me and she seems really caring. It's, I mean, it's it's not a computer that you're talking to, you're talking to a real live person that's showing emotions that showing that they care and showing to make sure that they got your best interests at hand. And I really appreciate that part of the process and I won't trade it for nothing in the world. I'm constantly telling everybody, uh you better get on board paces, the top top right now. So I thank God for y'all All right.
What stands out to you about the overall communication with your recruiter and the job you are in now?
Marion Aiken : the number one thing that stands out for me for four paces concerned it with my communication with the recruiter is that man that she really cares. I see that I can feel the compassion that she has for for for me. And and then she concerned about what I'm concerned about, which is my pay most of all, but make sure, but then she also make sure that I'm having a good day and that I'm really enjoying my job and I really appreciate that. And the communication that she has that she's constantly making sure that I'm okay. And in my my job, I really think they recruited for that and I really think Pace for for allowing them to be able to to express themselves the way they do and when they contact us and man, it just makes you just feel like you're part of an organization that's really, you know, really, really, really, really want to see you succeed. And that's that's what I love about Pace and like I said, I won't trade it for anything in the world. I really appreciate you.
