Tell us about your recruiter. Example: did they ask questions to understand what type of job was a good fit?
Lamar : So I just wanted to give some feedback on my experience. Um I've been working with Sydney and she's been great. I'm always checking up on me to make sure everything has been a smooth process for me so far. She's checked on me during my first day, even as well today, so everything has been good. I really appreciate the help and the communication and just Feeling like I'm a part of the team. So for me, this experience has been a 10 out of 10.
Could you share a few details about the favorite part of the process of working with your Pace recruiter?
Lamar : um my best part of working with Sydney has just been, like I said, the easy transition and just feeling like I'm part of the team and the how can I say the enthusiasm and just knowing that you're not just a number
What stands out to you about the overall communication with your recruiter and the job you are in now?
Lamar : What stood out to me was Sydney's communication and always following up and getting back to anything that questions or anything that I had right away in a fashion movie time.
