What was it like working with our Nucleus recruiter during the interview process?

Angela Lord: When I accepted my current position, my department had a significant amount of open positions. I was assigned Megan as my Nucleus recruiter to help get those positions filled. She was great to work with because we could have conversations about what might work, what wouldn't work, what hasn't worked, and she was really willing to try anything. Out of those conversations, we attended job fairs together in-house and also externally. We did online job fairs where she was with me every step of the way, fielding my waiting list of people who wanted to talk to me before I got to actually get online with them, and then setting up all of my interviews. She's just been so helpful.

How did the interview process with Nucleus compare to other interview processes you’ve experienced?

Angela Lord: I am a recent hire of my organization, and so I have two experiences with the interview & hiring process. One as a hiring manager, but also one as a candidate looking for a position. So, I'll talk about my experience as a candidate, looking for a position first, and that was beyond measure one of the best hiring experiences I've ever gone through as a candidate. There was a lot of communication, which is always wanted and appreciated, but also the efficiency and how quickly things moved along was very well-organized and I always knew what was happening and what to expect next, and my expectations were always met with follow-through and what I was expecting. I have the same experience as a hiring manager, just from the opposite end. I interview a candidate that Nucleus has set up for me to interview, that person comes in, I meet with them, I write up my notes, I send my notes over to Meghan, who's my recruiter, and within hours my candidate has received the initial conversation that they're being offered a position, and I really couldn't ask for anything more than that.

How did Nucleus set you up for success throughout the hiring process?

Angela Lord: I feel set up for success in my hiring process because my recruiter provides me with acceptable date and times for my interviews. We also receive full candidate profiles prior to doing our interviews and we have a good support person in case someone doesn't show up for an interview or things didn't go well. Meghan is always willing to talk through with me why I might not have picked a candidate and then she's good about not sending the same types of candidates to me again.

In one word, describe your experience working with Nucleus Healthcare.

Angela Lord: My one word to describe working with Nucleus Healthcare is "exceptional". I've had an exceptional experience.
