Why is a tangible marketing strategy important to Buy-Here, Pay-Here Dealers?

Kendra Brown: Hi, my name is Kendra Brown and I will be at the buy here pay here super form november 9th through 11th in Austin texas, I will be leading the first of three sessions in the marketing workshop. These sessions are designed to give you something tangible and actionable to take back to your dealership. In my session, I'm going to help you build the steps for your digital marketing strategy, so your strategy is going to define your business objectives, it's going to align those objectives with the digital marketing tools are gonna help you get there and then you're going to define the metrics so that, you know, if it's actually working, you can take all of this back to your dealership, you can implement it in house or you can take it to your vendors and collaborate them to make sure that your digital marketing strategy is being optimized for the results that you're looking for. What will BHPH Dealers gain from attending?

Kendra Brown: Super Forum dealers are going to come away with a marketing strategy that they can put into action within their dealerships. Not only this, but they're going to gain an understanding of digital marketing in a way that's going to help them know better how to hold others accountable, others in their team, others that they collaborate with within a third party vendor type way, they're going to have more knowledge to help them ask the right questions, make the right decisions and measure things so that they can make sure that their strategy is being optimized for performance. At the end of the day. We all know that the goal is more sales, but the strategy here is going to pinpoint different objectives to help you get to that ultimate goal of more sales.

What tangible items will BHPH Dealers walk away with?

Kendra Brown: dealers are going to walk away with an actual marketing plan with a digital strategy huge digital component that they can immediately implement at their dealership. So this plan is going to help them, uh I know exactly what their business objective is, We all know that the end goal is more sales or maybe it's not, maybe it's a mixture of sales or something, but we, we know the bottom line, but there are steps that we need to look at that can help us get there so well defined that objective and then we're going to align the objective with the tools that are available for trying to reach that objective. So the educational component here there will be what are the different things that you could be paying for or doing and how's that? Don't cost you any money that are going to help you meet your dealership specific objective and then we'll help you identify the metric that you can use to make sure that whatever it is you're doing, whether you're paying for it or they're just putting your resources into it is actually working. So if you can know how to measure it, you can know what you're trying to measure for what purpose, then you can, you can adjust it from there, you can decide that's not what you want to do or you can put more resources or money behind it. Uh so this will be something that they can actually take back to the dealership and implement if they have those resources or they can take it back to a web provider or a third party vendor and have a collaborative discussion to help them meet their goals.
