Ryan Stoddard : My name is Ryan stoddard I own Direct Him dot com We are a full service hemp and CBD marketplace operating on Shopify.
How long have you been an SEO client with NLM and would you recommend their SEO services?
Ryan Stoddard : We've been working with next level for about eight months now, and I've been unbelievably impressed with their services. Over the course of that time, we've seen massive jumps and our traffic um coming from search search engine results.
What have been some of the most rewarding aspects of working with NLM and the SEO Team?
Ryan Stoddard : we've been really happy with the communication that we've received the consistent updates, as well as taking our feedback, the information we've provided as well, and also, you know, giving them the results we wanted to see and then implementing that quite quickly has been really impressive and enjoyable to watch.
What tangible results have you seen and experienced when working with NLM?
Ryan Stoddard : We have watched our ranking consistently go up over the last couple of months very specifically, it took a few months for the that to really get going um which, you know, was something we anticipated. But once they really started to dig in and get the content going, we've seen our search results consistently drive traffic as well as those rankings um pop up in the categories that we really were looking to see growth in.
How communicative & transparent has NLM been since their engagement and what type of info, consulting, reporting do they provide regularly?
Ryan Stoddard : Like I mentioned before, we've seen consistent communication from them as well as our bi weekly check ins, where they provided us a list of all the things that they've been, that that has been done or that they are working on, as well as them taking our edits and the information that we provide for those changes, implementing them quickly and then updating them. Been nothing but a short of a pleasure to work with, and we've been really, really happy with the results.
