Hello! Please introduce yourself and your company briefly.

Gianni Succu: Hi, my name is Gianni Succu and I work for Sercanto. Sercanto is an Italian-based vertical search and joint for job ads for more than 30 countries all over the world. We collect a great number of job ads and show them all at once to our users, helping them find the right job in few clicks. Here in Sercanto, I work as Head of Email and push notification Marketing and we deal with over four million users daily trying to provide them with the most suitable job based on what they look for in our website.

What challenges were you facing earlier and how did Netcore Cloud help?

Gianni Succu: The inbox rate during the pre Netcore era was going dangerously low, and we were open in finding new opportunities to collaborate with companies with international purpose and more experience in different countries than Italy, where our partners live, work and have better knowledge. Working closely with Netcore helped us reach a very wide public of gmail users, which compose the 95% of our database that were unreachable due to spam problems in the previous years. The good practices shared by the Netcore guy's helped us a lot improving the overall inbox even with the other partner.

Gianni Succu: At first, the idea was to reach at least 95% in in boxing, leading to the increase of the open rates, which was initially a side effect, a very important one, though. Most of the job was done by Netcore, since we selected the SMTP relay of Netcore by the often due to our very complex sending system, the creation of a solid, and well reputed infrastructure alongside the precise warmup of sending address did the trick very well. It is possible because of the professionalism of Komal that helped us a lot in preparing all the stuff and proceeding with a smooth and pleasant on boarding, despite the very short time at our disposal.

Results

Gianni Succu: The possibility to have a weekly chat with experts in the field allow us to learn a lot more about this world and improve our knowledge of the subject, which I consider the most important part of the process, with the direct consequence of the improvement of the rest, This led to another growth of the business around 10% of revenue and 33% in overall open rate from all the emails that work both directly because of the operation Netcore did and indirectly because of the hints that Netcore provide us and that we were able to use with all our partners. Nevertheless, inbox rate, which was the initial target of our partnership, is now well above 90%, aiming to be constantly and 95% in the foreseeable.

What did you like the most about our partnership?

Gianni Succu: Our relationship with Netcore was full of surprises. We had some lows, as every business relationship always has, but the highs were very satisfying. Nonetheless. The relationship of trust that we built with Komal in the beginning of the onboarding process was really important to set up all we have accomplished in the last few months and now with Isaac and Francois, which are both very loved inside our department for their manners and their professionalism, the relationship between Sercanto and Netcore is destined to stand the test of time. If all people inside Netcore have the humanity and expertise of the guys we met during our journey, I think a lot of brands should join in and taste the Netcore experience.
