Hello! Please introduce yourself and your company briefly.

Matt Harman: Hi, my name is Matt Harman. I am the Head of Engagement here at Venntro Media Group, based in the UK. We run the white label dating platform, which serves about 3500 dating websites right across the english speaking world. And we've been with Netcore for around about two years now.

What challenge were you looking to solve or aspirations you had before onboarding Netcore Cloud's email solution?

Matt Harman: So the primary challenge we had initially with Netcore was just to stabilize our email delivery. That was what we asked them to do and they achieve that pretty quickly. We are in a vertical that is not overly attractive to email providers. And they've really helped us come through in that aspect, just shoring up our reputation, making sure we can deliver things From there on, it was a case of increasing the effectiveness, improving our emergency response for when things do go wrong and really just providing backups for when things aren't going exactly as according to plan. They've really helped us enhance our program to deal with those emergencies.

How did Netcore Cloud help to resolve the challenges? Tell us more about your used case and product / features you use.

Matt Harman: I really feel Netcore's greatest contribution to us has been their relationship with email providers and their ability to resolve issues of deliverability and such, like very quickly. And that has been key to our success over recent years. Every day that we're unable to deliver email to our users is causing us problems. And so getting past those issues as quickly as possible has been just invaluable to us. Further to that, the granularity of reporting that we're able to get out of the Netcore's product is absolutely fantastic. We have a fairly intricate email program that goes to a great broad range of users, and the ability to interrogate that and see how users are moving through that process has been fantastic. And as I say, the ability to export that data and extremely granule level has really allowed us to fine tune our program over the last two years.

Please tell us about the success / results you achieved.

Matt Harman: Simply put the results we've had from working with Netcore have been absolutely fantastic. We saw an almost instant 20% increase in our email effectiveness and that has only grown over the two years we've been working with them. We've also had far fewer reputational issues. When they have cropped up, they've been resolved extremely quickly. And this more solid base that we can work from has allowed us to pursue more aggressive campaigning when we've needed to, as business conditions dictate. We have also taken advantage of the improved visibility of myself, which allows me to pass that on much more easily to my superiors, which is always key to strategizing and planning ahead for the business.

What do you like most about your partnership with Netcore Cloud?

Matt Harman: I think the highlight of our relationship with Netcore is the personal relationship we have with not only our account manager but the entire team. We have regular catch ups with our account management. We can talk over any upcoming issues plan ahead. But when issues do arise we have direct access to that technical team in the back end team and all their accumulated knowledge. It's been absolutely fantastic and has been a very reassuring presence when when we've been facing some difficult conditions. They know our business, they know the use cases and they're familiar with our business models. So it cuts a whole load of time out of having to explain that under a different setup. And that is that has been an absolute godsend to us over the last couple of years.
