Hello! Who are you and what do you do?
Duc Anh Nguyen: Hi. My name is Dan. I am a Brand Activation Manager at Apollo English, in charge of integrating the marketing automation to our customer experience.
How long have you been using our product?
Duc Anh Nguyen: I heard about the marketing automation for years, but recently I had a chance to discover in detail, and my company has applied their marketing automation into the customer journey for nearly nine months.
What challenge were you looking to solve when you found our product?
Duc Anh Nguyen: We have many issues that need to be enhanced in our customer experience. One of them is that how to make them feel special and well cared. Another is about the speed we are living in a very quick society, moving, so every response, every query from customers need to be replied immediately.
How did Netcore Cloud help to resolve the challenges? Please tell us about the success you achieved.
Duc Anh Nguyen: For the time we use the Netcore Cloud, have improved the performance of lead generation and conversion. The volume of lead from website was improved significantly through the pop-up banner and push notification. The Netcore Cloud has showed it's impact on our performance. And I think there's still more feature of the Netcore Cloud that we can utilize in the future.
Why would you recommend our product to others?
Duc Anh Nguyen: I find the Netcore Cloud effective and useful. So definitely I won't recommend it to any of our competitors. But for other industry, I think the Netcore Cloud could have you to reduce the manual work and enhanced customer experience by the personalization and the real time response.
