Elizabeth Cerbie Brown DNP, RN, CNE: A time when I felt particularly impactful with a group of students was recently when I was able to work with a group of nursing leaders when they started in their MSN nursing leadership program. And I worked with them at the very beginning along the way, and then I worked with them in their last two practicum courses, so to see the growth and evolution, their confidence from the beginning and then all the way to the end was really very rewarding, and I could see the impact of the program and all of the professors and role models along the way.
