Your Dream for OurDay

What I've enjoyed about OurDay is, I was on the super user team and I got to be a part of the very first days, answering phone calls and, just connecting with other people and kind of getting a heads up of what was to come. I enjoyed that.

My innovative idea is I really wish there was a little chat bubble on the side of every single thing, every single task that I do in our day so that I can get immediate assistance when needed, um, from a live person, instead of putting in tickets are waiting on hold, or, you know, just stopping what I'm having to do, stopping the process just to keep the flow going and to get immediate answers.

I wish that I could be more confident in my duties. Like I was before previously, I feel like I could do my job with my eyes closed and now I feel like they're closed. So I just am looking forward to the day when I have more training and can use the system as it's meant to be used.
