What has been your most rewarding experience at MSU?
Ches Grisham: The most rewarding experience I've had here at Mississippi State has just been my involvement with student life here on campus. Um The two big organizations that I've been a part of here at State has been New Maroon Camp and the Junction Retreat. And through both of these organizations, I have just been able to meet incredible people and make friendships that I know are going to last way beyond graduation. Um Just the people here that I've been able to form relationships with and just become close friends with, um, have definitely been the mo the most rewarding experience I've had.
In what ways can you continue to embody the Spirit of State?
Ches Grisham: I think the best way to continue embodying the Spirit of State would just be to uh put others before yourself. Um One of the biggest things that I've learned, especially with my involvement here on campus is that um I get to contribute to the university in the ways that it, it has contributed um to my life and to my future career. And so one of the biggest ways for me to do that is to continue putting others um in that same position um to benefit from the staff here at State. Um The relationships that you can form, I think that one of the most important ways is just to continue putting other people ahead of yourself so that they can also experience um what it means to be a student here at State.
