How did you find your way to your current role at Luxion, Inc.?
Jimin Ham: One of the engines that I was using throughout my job search was indeed Dot com. And um after submitting my resume, I got a call back from Jeff and after talking with Jeff and then also having an interview with Melissa. That's how I ended up here at.
What stands out to you about the culture at Luxion, Inc.?
Jimin Ham: One thing I noticed about the culture at is that a lot of different people from different backgrounds, but everyone's very well spoken and intelligent and most importantly, wants to help each other. So communication is very effective uh whether it's between different departments or individually. Um Everyone has this um wanting to be able to help. Um There's no uh sense of animosity or even though there's competition, um it's very healthy, I believe, and everyone's working towards the same goal.
