Can you introduce yourself and tell us what problems you tried to solve with Lotus Themes?
Shane McNeil: Hi, my name is Shane McNeil. I work as the content specialist at Buildertrend. Before Lotus Themes our help center was I would say legacy. It looked severe and rather bland. With the help of Lotus Themes we were able to take our help center to look much more colorful and modern.
What have you been able to achieve after help center customization?
Shane McNeil: After our help center customization, we were able to increase engagement with the help center across the board with all of our internal reps. It increased their ease of use which just increased their willingness to engage with the program.
Why would you recommend our products and services?
Shane McNeil: I would recommend Lotus Themes to any Zendesk administrator for two reasons. One, it looks great. Whatever you're looking to achieve aesthetically, they can do it. Not only can they do it with you, they can do it for you. So the whole process was super easy. Secondly, the customer service is excellent. I got the answers I needed quickly and efficiently without any hassle.
