Lauren Williamson : Land mine has helped me achieve where I want to be in fitness and continuing to do so, growing each and every single day, and also with motivation. Now, I look forward to going to the gym every single day and being around everybody and working hard.

Lauren Williamson : Hard Working Family.
Why is LM FIT different from other gyms?
Lauren Williamson : When I go work out at Land mine, I feel like I'm at my second home. I'm surrounded by great people, very encouraging. It's nothing like any other gym that I have ever experienced.
