We have support from staff members and management, and it's just really unparalleled, I believe, in our marketplace. It's very unique and I enjoy it. Mykel Harvey: I can't imagine doing the volume that I've been able to, especially as a rookie agent with Kittle, if I were at a different brokerage, the support that you get from the team. If you need to take a vacation, take a few days off, you know, have a mental check in with yourself. someone is always there to show your clients for you, step in where needed and not only that, but Rob supplies us with so many fantastic lead opportunities. I can't imagine that I would be able to have the opportunities somewhere else.
