LA Benn: Hey folks, my name is LA Been, I'm a real estate agent with JPAR Maryland Living. I've been a real estate agent with JPAR Maryland Living almost since the start. One of the reasons I joined is because of its awesome leadership team. Greg, Joe, Sonia, Greg Fisk the broker, He's just a stand up guy, honest, dependable, trustworthy. He also just wants the best for everyone, especially if you're a new agent, he's there to support you. If you send him a text at 11 o'clock on a sunday morning, he will get back to you as soon as possibly can. It's just the type of broker he is he really wants to see people succeed and grow their own business. It's something that JPAR also emphasizes, you can be your own business, your own agent, you know, build it how you like, which I think is great to have that freedom and also that leadership and that guidance. Another reason I joined JPAR, I think a big one for me was 100% commission styles split but I was with a brokerage prior to JPAR and it took me about a year and a half to realize that my brokerage was making more off my transactions than I was. And for me it's not, it's not just about money, it truly is about helping people, but that little bit that I made in my first year with JPAR Maryland Living completely transformed my life. I was able to pay off my student loans. Um and then within my second year I was able to save up a down payment to buy a house of my own and I 100% no pun intended would not have been able to do that had I not switch up to this brokerage. a lot of people say, okay, well you get what you pay for and that, that is true for a lot of things, definitely, but with JPAR part, you still get all the things that are brokerages taking out, 30 50% of your commission um that they have right, we have education, we have training, we have monthly meetings, we have events, we have parties, just us and speaking of us, people who joined are all just seem to be really amazing, completely supportive of one another, always checking each other on for their first sale in the 20th sale. We're always celebrating each other's wins. And you know, those reasons combined really just make JPAR, like just ideal like brokerage family for me and I think it's a good fit for a lot of other people who are willing to join our team, join our brokerage and see what we have to offer.
