Jordan Bryden: Now that I'm using the Hip Hook a little bit more regularly, I'm able to sleep better. It's the biggest thing. I really have struggled with getting to sleep... restless legs, just not feeling comfortable, lower back pain. Also just getting off a time-trial bike or off the mountain bike, and just feeling that cringey tightness in my lower back. That's where I'm feeling the most sense of relief. And I'm also just noticing that my leg extension on the run is actually quite a bit better.
