Name, title, and what are you looking forward to in the future for isolved?
Lina Tonk: My name is Lina Tonk. I am Chief Marketing Officer at isolved. I am looking forward to seeing the momentum we have going on continue to transfer into accelerating growth. I have seen isolved grow from strength to strength, not just for our customers and our partners, but also for our employees here. So I'm so very excited to see the amazing things we will do next year together.
What’s one piece of advice you have for future leaders?
Lina Tonk: My advice to future leaders will be lead with empathy. Always lead with empathy. Never stop learning back your big decisions with data and never, ever forget that we are in the business of people for people.
How would you describe your leadership style or philosophy?
Lina Tonk: I consider myself a passionate visionary is what I would say. My style is lead by example with empathy and allow your team to rally around. You move along with you with a vision that you have a head. I absolutely love inspiring people to reach that excitement of being part of something big. I'm I'm known for being a champion of women in leadership that's very important to me and diversity. I take every opportunity that I have to empower women around me at every level of any organization.
