Cherag Daruwalla: Hi, my name is Cherag Daruwalla and I'm married with two boys, working full-time.
What motivated you to contact InvestLogic (formerly Over & Above)?
Cherag Daruwalla: As we are growing closer and closer to our retirement age, we were becoming concerned a super wasn't enough.
What concerns did you have about investing in a property or using a buyer's agent?
Cherag Daruwalla: We have never experienced using a buyer's agent before. This was our first time that we used one, and we were concerned whether they would pressurize us into buying a property or what the process would be, how strenuous it would be.
What outcome was achieved for you?
Cherag Daruwalla: We're very happy that we used Over & Above as a buyer's agent. They never pressurized us. We had to go through about four properties before we landed up buying the one which we did, but there was never any attempt to force us or pressurize us into buying any property. So I was very happy with the process. The team was fantastic. The inspection team was fantastic, very professionally done, giving up-to-date information. Mark and Adam were great as was Quai. Thank you very much, guys, we really appreciate your hard work and we are happy to use you again.
