Using a scale from 1 to 5, please provide your rating on each of these and explain the reasoning behind your chosen score:

Andrea Cottman: I feel motivated in my program right now. I give it about, I give it about a five. My program is a good fit for me. I have to give it a five because I want to move up. I feel confident I will complete my program. I give it about a five because I'm still on schedule. My coursework feels relevant and meaningful to me. Uh They don't deal with the mouth stuff right now. So, uh I guess I'll give it a five even though it's not related to what I'm doing right now. Uh Yeah, definitely five for meaningful.

In general, how are things going this week?

Andrea Cottman: In general. How are things going this week? Uh, I'm still fighting whatever I had. Um, my husband's back from his trip. I am fostering six kittens who go to the doctors this week to get their shots. I was able to get through my school work and not as easy as I was hoping, especially with me being sick. So I am on 40 hour work weeks this week. Uh, last week was the last week for 50 and I'm hoping that we stay off it for four weeks, but a lot of people are saying it's probably gonna be by the end of this month we'll go back to a lot of hours. So we'll see, um, school I am in, I have an A and it is still my math class. I still need to get my textbooks for my next, uh, next term because it starts in two weeks. So, yeah, very busy. Very, very busy. And that's about all.

Have you faced any challenges this week that tested your resolve to stay in school?

Andrea Cottman: Have you faced any challenges this week that tested your resolve to stay in school? Um Yeah, not really. I haven't really had anything that was really challenging. Just I just wanted not to reject anymore. It sounds stupid to say but can't stand reject and no om knows how to he to do reject. And a lot of the problem solve people, which is the position that I'm doing. Don't know how to do it either. So I heard there's only one person that actually likes doing reject and that's Steve because he can send a message. He can, I uh slack people and say, hey, this is what's going on, fix it. Hey, stop dropping stuff. I don't want any more of CS stuff. They're backed up again and they have five people standing there talking what is going on. But me, I'm just, I'm like, whatever. So, yeah.

Has anything happened this week that helped you to stay motivated and focused on your academic goals?

Andrea Cottman: Has anything happened this week that helped you to stay motivated and focused on your academic goal. Yeah, that'd be a reject. God. I he rejected you really, you really have to understand. It's like, I don't know which is worse reject or the facility itself can't reach up, reach up bad. Reject is the section I was working for the last three days is, yeah, it's where the totes don't have a task or a light. Uh One of the other lines are blue lighting and I end up with everything or if somebody messes up something, I have to fix it, which I'm slowly learning how to fix stuff. So, yeah, I wanna stay out of reject. Can't stay reject because stay focused. Gotta move on to a new, a new assignment because reject bad. Very bad. You really have to be there to understand. Um Yeah.
